FLIGHTS/INSURANCE Some frequently asked questions, answered. HOW DO I PAY FOR THE HOLIDAY ? Once you are satisfied with the arrangements we have put together for you, if you wish to confirm your booking, a deposit is required, which will be between £50 and £130 depending on the services we are providing. This can be paid either by cheque or by any major credit card. The balance outstanding will become due 80 days prior to your departure. If your departure date is less than 80 days, the full amount owing will be required to confirm your booking. In 2010, we will continue to offer you the opportunity to pay for your holiday on a monthly basis. This enables you to spead the payments and avoids the need to find a large sum during one particular month and is very good value for those of you who book early. Please do not hesitate to ask us about this service, we will be pleased to provide you with a no obligation quote. HOW DO WE ARRANGE YOUR FLIGHTS Our flight schedule for 2010 is listed below. There is once again a slight reduction in the number of seats available compared to 2009, though the introduction of the Jet2 service is a welcome addition. We expect seats at the peak times to be scarce after Nobvember 2009. Flight prices have only slightly increased, this is largely due to the stealth taxes being phased in by the UK government. The quickest method to find out about flight availability, is to phone or E Mail us, our staff are experts in flights to Kos and will be only too pleased to advise you on choice of airports, times and prices without obligation on your part. Once you have the information and you wish to proceed with a booking, we will pass your details to Experience Travel Ltd a fully bonded ABTA company(ABTA K4034) who are retail agents for A.T.O.L. Holders (ATOL 83973) They will ensure all the correct documentation is done on your behalf. We have found, that by using Experience Travel, arrangements are confirmed quickly and efficiently, whilst giving you 'peace of mind' in dealing with a reputable fully bonded company. The continuing trend for 2010 is that most airlines are NOT INCLUDING in flight meals in their prices. This is in response to the competition from the 'no frills' airlines. Unless you specifically ask us for in flight meals (Guide Price £15.00 per head) we will not include in flight meals in the service or prices quoted. Certainly not!! Whilst we strongly reccomend that you take out adequate insurance, we ourselves will not 'load' the price of our services by making purchase of our insurance compulsary. What we do, is to monitor a wide range of companies and the services they offer. We are not tied to these companies in any manner. We are therefore able to offer impartial advice. Once you have made your choice, we give you the relevant phone numbers and let you make the arrangements which suit your individual needs. CAN YOU ARRANGE ACCOMODATION AT SHORT NOTICE ? YES!! Though we reccomend you book early, especially if you want specific accomodation or times of the year. For those of you who do not have work or school ties which restrict your availability to travel, or if you fancy a second visit and the budget is a bit tight, we offer a short notice booking service. Either phone, e mail or write to us stating you may wish to use this service (no obligation). We will forward a form on which we ask you to list the requirements you are looking for. These are then logged into our system and are continiously scanned. If we have an opening which matches your requirements, we contact you with full details. Again you are under no obligation to take what we have been able to offer you. Many people have used this service and found it to be a great value for money opportunity.
