ART COURSES 2008 Having listened to the feedback we have received from previous visitors, we are pleased to announce that once again, we will be running Art Courses throughout our 2008 season. We are especially pleased to have secured the services of the much acclaimed and frequently exhibited artist 'Sol', who will personally take all our couses throughout the summer. The Austrian born artist, whose real name is Kurt, has taken up residence on the Island. His already talked about career took a further turn upwards in the winter, whjen he was invited to display his work at a personal exhibition in the prestige Berlin International Art Gallery. He was also featured at the Athens Art Gallery, where he was the only 'living' artist to have work on display and where he featured alongside Van Gough, Rembrandt and Picasso. In February 2008 he will be exhibiting at the Luxembourg national gallery. We think you wil find his relaxed and entertaining teaching style, will not only bring out your personal talents, he will guarantee you a throughly enjoyable and unforgettable time, in the Kos countryside, that very few tourists get to see. ABILITY LEVELS Whether you are a budding 'Van Gough' or cannot draw a straight line, Kurt will bring out skills you never knew you had. All courses are tailor made to suit individual requirements, you can paint every day, a number of different days or if you prefer just for a day.
