ACCOMMODATION We take great pride in the standard of our rooms and the associated services. Sheets and towels are changed every 2/3 days and the rooms are cleaned every day (except Sunday). Your room is allocated and available for occupancy the moment your flight lands in Kos. If you prefer your room does not have to be vacated untill 3 hours before your FLIGHT departs. This can mean up to one whole day more on your holiday when compared to package holidays, if you wish to use this option, please let us know when you contact us. FOR 2010 ALL ACCOMMODATION (UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE) WILL HAVE AIR CONDITIONING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE STANDARD ROOMS Our most popular rooms, situated on the beach approx 45 yards from the sea, these are twin bedded rooms, with the possibility of a camp bed being added for a child. All rooms are en suite with toilet/shower, tea/coffee making facilities, balcony. All rooms have access to a fridge. STUDIO ACCOMMODATION We have studio accommodation,which situated on the street alongside the beach. These are twin bedded with private bathroom, balcony and have cooking facilities consisting of fridge and twin ring burner. Air conditioning is included in the price unless stated differently. Studios have views of quiet village street and semi sea views. Situated 25 yards from beach and 75 yards from sea. A lovely setting and excellent standard of accomodation. APARTMENTS Our apartments consist of twin bedded room, lounge with provision for further twin beds, small kitchen and bathroom. All apartments have balconies and are situated on the beach, approx 45 yards from sea. DE LUXE STUDIO APARTMENTS These are a recent addition to our types of properties and have proved very popular. Comprising a twin bedded room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony with stunning sea views overlooking the harbour. These can also have the provision of a single bed or bunk beds in the living area, making it a very cost effective property for a family unit. This property is ideal for a family or a couple looking for extra room and living space. HOTEL STYLE ROOMS In addition to the twin bedded rooms desribed at the top of the page, we now have some 'upgraded' rooms available. These are similar to 'hotel' standard rooms, but you also have access to a fully equipped kitchen which is situated on the residents sun terrace. All these rooms are situated on the beach and approx 45 meters from the sea.
